Workplace Violence and Harassment Prevention Policy

BIOTRANS S.A. affirms its compliance with Law 4808/2021 regarding the prevention and management of all forms of violence and harassment, including gender-based violence and harassment, as well as sexual harassment in the workplace.

The purpose of this policy is to create and establish a working environment that respects, promotes, and safeguards human dignity and the right of every individual to a world of work free from violence and harassment. Our company acknowledges and respects the right of every employee to a workplace free from violence and harassment and does not tolerate any form of such behavior, whether occurring during work, related to work, or arising from it. This includes gender-based violence and harassment, as well as sexual harassment.

BIOTRANS S.A. takes measures to prevent, monitor, mitigate, and address such situations and behaviors. The company demonstrates zero tolerance for violence and harassment, while respecting human dignity and fostering a work culture in which mutual respect, cooperation, and support are fundamental values. It carries out actions to raise awareness among employees about healthy behavioral standards and issues affecting vulnerable groups of workers, as well as all partners and individuals in the work environment.

The company also undertakes initiatives to inform and educate staff about potential risks of violence and harassment in the workplace, as well as about prevention and protection measures against such incidents.
